The selvedge fabric, discarded from a textile factory in India, is hand-woven one by one by local women using traditional methods.

What is PROJECT1000?
It is an employment project created by "Shanti," an NPO established by TecnoCraft Group, a listed company in India. Its goal is to provide women in rural Maharashtra, India, with skills, enabling them to earn 1000 rupees a day, while also boosting their motivation.
Products are entirely handmade by individuals who have acquired knowledge of product design, technology, and quality control know-how.
