インドのテキスタイル工場で廃棄されていた生地の耳部分を伝統工法でひとつひとつ現地の女性が編んでくれています。
他のアイテム同様Tシャツ生地を編んだもので肌あたりが良い。また適度に伸びが出てくれるので非常に使いやすいです。

PROJECT1000とは
インドの一部上場企業であるTecnoCraftグループが設立したNPO法人「シャンティー」が手掛けた雇用プロジェクトで、インド（マハラシュトラ州農村部）の女性達に技術を習得させ、一日1000ルピーを稼いでもらう事を目的とし、同時に働き手のモチベーションの向上を図っています。
商品知識、デザイン、技術、品質管理のノウハウを習得した人達によるオールハンドメイドで製品を制作しています。

What is PROJECT1000?
PROJECT1000 is an employment project by Shanti, a non-profit organization established by TecnoCraft Group, a listed company in India, to help women in rural Maharashtra in India learn skills and earn 1000 rupees a day. The project also aims to increase the motivation of the workers.
The products are all handmade by people who have acquired product knowledge, design, technology, and quality control know-how.
